I recently got to work with two sisters who had each eloped, but still wanted to gather their friends and family to commemorate their nuptials.They had a backyard party that was simple and relaxed. The guests shared a meal and gave speeches and toasts, and the newlyweds were surrounded by love.
These intimate celebrations are such a treat to photograph. Small gatherings offer an opportunity for couples to slow down and catch up with their guests. There’s less hurry and more connection.
