One of the many gifts I’ve discovered through my work is connecting with my clients and hearing their stories. When you hire a photographer you are trusting someone with your story, and investing in your future. I don’t take this responsibility or privilege lightly.
Families are not one size fits all, and there is no manual for how to do life. Our seasons change just as they do in nature. And each new season has beauty and joy to be celebrated. I want my clients to feel welcomed and represented through my work. We are creating genuine smiles and laughter at our shoots, you can count on that!
An important piece of my career mission is to empower women. I do this through headshots with female entrepreneurs, and I have a serious soft spot for the single mamas. These women are a force to be reckoned with, and their children are so lucky to have them.
Life will throw you some curveballs, and you may be catapulted off your path. But, don’t forget to embrace the change in season and celebrate the beauty in the chaos. Take the photos – you are documenting a tender moment in time and it is absolutely worthy of capturing.
