One of the coolest parts of being a small business owner has been connecting with other local entrepreneurs. I especially love meeting and collaborating with fellow female business owners. I truly believe that we rise by lifting others, and there is nothing like cheering on our sisters.
I have met so many creative women through my work, and Kari Copple is one of them. She is the green thumb behind 7th Street Flowers in Sonoma. If you’re a local, you’ve probably seen her absolutely adorable cart outside her home, or have admired her work when seeing her gorgeous arrangements at a friend’s house. She sets up each weekend beginning at 8:00am on Saturday, and stays open until the bouquets are all sold out. Which is often quite quickly!
I had the pleasure of visiting Kari’s garden and it is simply stunning. The variety of colorful blooms and foliage transport you to what feels like a secret garden in a magical land.
If you’re looking to grow your business, having professional photographs is an excellent way to invest in your brand. Whether it’s an updated headshot, a website revamp, or several images for social media content; good quality photographs are priceless. Green thumb and gorgeous flowers not required. 😉
