Do you ever have those moments in life where you just need someone to pinch you to make sure it’s real? I’ve had the privilege of shooting some truly epic parties, weddings, events etc. in my years as a photographer. Each one is special and holds a dear place in my heart. Some cause that serious pinch me moment because I just can’t believe this is my job!
Like this wedding I just shot in a small village in Mexico called Valle de Guadalupe. Yep, I got to shoot another destination wedding and gosh darn was it fun! Getting around was a tiny bit difficult given that I’m still healing from my ruptured achilles, but it’s easy to forget about an injury when you’re in a place like the Ojo Azul Resort .
This property is incredible. In fact, it’s a little piece of Wine Country in Mexico. The vineyards surrounding the site made me feel at home, and was also a bit of a mind trip considering how far away from home I actually was.
Lynsey and Art celebrated their wedding amongst family and friends in one of the most beautiful wedding venues I’ve seen. The weather was incredible, the food was divine, and the property and staff were absolute gems. This was an event that I will never forget.
