It’s open, natural, and full of texture without feeling busy. You get those wide open fields, soft dry grasses, and in certain seasons, little pops of delicate white wildflowers that add just enough detail without stealing the show.
When the rains come through Sonoma County, everything shifts. The grass turns this vibrant green, the landscape feels alive again, and it gives sessions a completely different energy while still keeping that soft, organic feel I love.
And then there’s that fallen oak tree… which is always a hit, especially with kids. It gives them space to climb, play, and just be themselves, which is where the magic really happens.
