Rooted in Nigerian traditions and layered with heartfelt personal touches, this day was a beautiful reflection of who they are—colorful, joyful, and deeply connected.
From bold, textured fabrics to the soulful rhythm of Afrobeat and live music, every moment overflowed with life. Guests arrived in traditional Nigerian attire, adding a kaleidoscope of color that lit up the Petaluma countryside. The air buzzed with laughter, drums, and dancing—including the joyful money dance, where loved ones showered the couple with blessings and bills in celebration.

Beneath the gentle sway of the weeping willows by the pond, they stood hand in hand—surrounded by still water and soft light. Vows were exchanged, a prayer lifted into the breeze, and with one tender kiss, their promise was sealed.

The Best Golden Hour Magic
Marisa and Seye lingered in their formal wedding attire just a little longer, soaking in the golden light as we wandered through rolling hills and sweeping views. Before heading into the reception, they changed into vibrant Nigerian outfits—adding a burst of color and culture to the evening. A few final portraits, rich in light and tradition, before the music, dancing, and celebration carried on into the night.
