I often get asked about vendor partners and recommendations, and I have had the privilege of working with many incredible business owners over the years. It takes a village to pull off a successful event. From flowers, to lighting, to music, to the food – the list goes on and on. It’s so fun to collaborate with these different vendors, and to watch them bring a venue to life.
I shot a gorgeous wedding reception at Charles Krug Winery recently, and it was a showstopper. The venue itself is stunning and holds quite a special place in California’s wine history. It is Napa Valley’s oldest winery, and is nestled in the picturesque region of St. Helena.
What I love about venues like this one, is that they are special on their own, but when placed in the hands of an event company like The Lux Productions , they become absolutely magical. The tablescapes alone were a work of art with the ivory and gold color scheme, and the party lights above the dance floor added to the glamorous aesthetic.
I’m so thankful Stephanie and Jim invited me to photograph their big day, and that I had the opportunity to see this venue and event production team in action.
